He doesn't like seafood, so that accounts for the mussels. Not sure what's wrong with the chicken and veg. The chicken didn't look as pink as it normally does when up in flames cooks it.

Why do they need an expert ie Peter Vol-au-Vent to demonstrate how to use a flipping foldable trolley? Mind you he is wheeling kit backwards and forwards like a vacuum cleaner. It’s looks like the cheapo old shopping trolley without the bag. Doesn’t look heavy duty to me and he’s only moved it a few feet.
