Peter says you don't need a licence to fly this drone. I think you do need a licence to fly one of a certain weight/size?

Registration and flyer ID

If your drone has a camera (unless it is a toy) or weighs 250g or more then you need to register with the CAA. You need to renew this registration every year. This is a registration of you as the operator rather than the drone itself.

Anyone flying a drone weighing 250g or more needs to pass a test and get a flyer ID from the CAA. This is free and online. Regardless of whether you legally need a flyer ID we strongly recommend that you do the learning and test as it gives you valuable information on flying your drone safely. If you already have a flyer ID that is still valid, you don’t need to re-do the test until it expires, although you are required to keep up to date with the new regulations. You can register, get your flyer ID and find more information at register-drones.caa.co.uk

This is built as a toy, though it will work well enough. You only need to have a license if you are monetizing the video you make. The license is something like a tenner and will allow you to use for wedding videos and you can charge. I haven't seen the specs or final results to give an opinion on that

Wish this drone guy’s voice had an ‘altitude lock’ like he says his drone has. His voice gets teeth-clenchingly high when he gets (even more) excited! 🥜 🗜️

And doesn’t he remind you of those product demo peeps who used to schlep around the ‘Ideal Home’ show events in the 70s and 80s. I used to go along with my Mum and Dad and gaze in amazement at how a carrot could be turned into a rose at the twist of a veg cutting contraption! Oooooh, pass the Mateus Rosé my friends…I’ve an urge to turn a potato into an Ideal World presenter ✨ 🪄 ✨

No, hang on, that’s already been done…

Jannis, we have the exact same problem, me, hubby and 2 kids all have phones and an iPad that need charging. But we don’t need that thing you are flogging because you will never guess, we all have our own chargers and we have plenty of plug sockets. It’s not the 1960’s when houses had 1 socket per room. Numpty

Unfortunately Jannis don’t think a mattress for £299.99 can be classed as luxury. I have just paid £1700.00 for a double mattress, hand made here in the UK using all natural materials.

Wish they would just sell stuff for what it is instead of all the luxury, best of etc.

Found this review of Ideal World from Trust Pilot. I bet it’s for the vacuum cleaner with the HEPA FILTER that Peter Von Claptrap gushes over

‘I purchased Item Number 1004818 from you. Upon using it it was not sucking up hardly anything from my carpet. I returned it to you and you stated that the product show's signs of use. Of cause it did, I had to use it to find out it was not working properly. I called Ideal World and was treated very rudly, they informed me that in their records that it was working but in the letter I was sent it says it DOES NOT say that. I asked to speak to a superviser and he was even ruder, he would not let me speak and then hung the phone up on me. In the letter I was sent it gives a phone number to call back. The number was 0800 151 12345 this number does not work. I am very upset about this and will contact the Obisman is I have to. I will be leaving a negative responce about Ideal world. You should be ashamed of your Company if this is the way you treat you customers.’

That's why I bought my Dyson from John Lewis. It's a decent brand from a shop where I have had good customer service.

Just what we thought, the stick vacuum is crap. See review from Trustpilot

‘The stick hoover is rubbish, leads not long enough, the brush head keeps turning around and it won't hoover some of my carpets...
I can't send it back because you state it's got to be unused, Obviously I had to test it to see if it was ok..Very disappointed’
