Bad girl (I'm impressed with your naughtiness)I imagined Jeremy Edward’s Bottom years ago ooh yes
I'm in my late 50s. So the answer is no, I don't know if he's on TikTokDon’t know if any of you wise guys here can help me,as not too savvy on this here interweb thingy…and not very knowledgeable of unsocial media and influencers etc…but I’d like to ‘follow’ Kevski (think that’s his handle)…. So my question is:
Is he on Tik Tok per chance?…
Asking for a friend really
Oh, the binbag chairs! Weren't they from 'The Furniture Company' or something. i.e. cheap Chinese tat.The way Peter V used to squeeze and touch the bonded leather you'd think it was thee best leather out there
Time has been very unkind to Mr Edwards. Has he had drug and alcohol problems, or did he just age really badly? I mean, you can just about tell it's still him (this is for you, @JazzydruryI imagined Jeremy Edward’s Bottom years ago ooh yes
I think there’s a few Walter Mitty persona contenders , especially Pervy Patio Pete.Had to look that word up "somebody with a psychiatric disorder that causes them to lie, exaggerate, or tell incredible stories as if true". It further says that the condition is also known as pathological lying. Some people say that people with narcissistic personality disorder may be more likely to develop mythomania because of their grandiosity and self righteousness.
Interesting...
My partner was a law student in Manchester during the early 1980s. Probably his Silver Dream Machine era. She was/is tall and fairly striking looking and led a pretty active social life there. One night in some night club, she told me….A ‘representative’ of David Essex’s party (who were in the same club) approached her and her female friend, and asked if they would like to join David and his entourage. Far from a wallflower, she told the man that if David wants us to join them, then David needs to come over and ask directly…The representative went off, never to appear again. Her loss, I suggested? No…His Loss!! Not short of confidence is she. If only he’d Rock On in some dull Lamplight these days and ask her “If I Could ask you if you can Hold Me Close, I’m Gonna Make You a Star….He may well get a different answer - even with him pushing 80.I preferred the 'pretty boys" of the seventies and eighties, David Essex and Paul Nicholas. David Essex is the most beautiful man I have ever seen.
Totally agree. And John Taylor of Duran Duran won the award for Most Fanciable Human Being in Smash Hit magazines Reader's Poll 1983-1986, I probably voted for him.I preferred the 'pretty boys" of the seventies and eighties, David Essex and Paul Nicholas. I guess it’s been told many times on here…long long ago before I joined when I was still in shortsI'm in my late 50s. So the answer is no, I don't know if he's on TikTok
PS, I do get the gag...
I did like Mags from a-ha, everyone fancied Morten, but Mags was lovely, still is.Totally agree. And John Taylor of Duran Duran won the award for Most Fanciable Human Being in Smash Hit magazines Reader's Poll 1983-1986, I probably voted for him.
However I didn't vote for the winner in 1987 (OK I'll tell you, it was Phillip Schofield)
Just looked all this up on Wikipedia, what was disturbing was that in 1985 George Michael won Biggest Prat of the Year and in 1986 he won The Most Horrible Thing of the Year. I don't remember stuff like that.
