It’s the shade of oak. My Dad was a carpenter by trade and there are different Oaks. My staircase is made from American oak and is a lighter shade than English oak

I always use P&O, really nice ships and a nice relaxed atmosphere. I’ve never gone on a Fly/Cruise option as I can’t be faffing about at Airports. I like to arrive at the Port, where they whisk my luggage away and no issues with baggage allowance. I am a very lazy traveller, so I enjoy waking up in a different place each day. I usually book the guided tours and have always had an amazing time. Can recommend Norway, Iceland and this year I did Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Estonia. Great way to travel

I totally get not wanting to fly, its really tiring. I want to do Scandinavia but TUI don't go there so I'll have to look elsewhere.
