Being a fan of both for shopping I have realised that ASOS has the edge, and Im sure it won't be too long before ASOS TV.
Now there are pluses and minuses in both sides, but ASOS wins.
Why?
Although QVC Has a much wider range, it constantly fails on fashion, targeting the middle-age-woman 'Style', who seem to be the backbone of the QVC customer database.. completely ignoring fashion for the 12 - 30 ages. (ok maybe kipling bags would pass)
However ASOS are amazing regarding
Ive been with ASOS since its online birth (when it was called 'As Seen On Stars' and was created to deliver a small range of designer copies of the items 'a' listers were seen wearing). It has gone from strength to strength with huge profits. Its no wonder.
QVC MUST start offering free returns, I realize free delivery on all items will never ever happen (maybe on a par with Basso leaving)
If there was an ASOS tv channel, and they continued with free delivery/returns option, would you buy from them?

- a much wider fashion/shoe/accessory choice
- 'decent' not 'laughable' reductions on clearance/sale items
