I don't often watch so I'm not sure how long this has been the case, but currently the price and order number details are off the screen. Also the website doesn't work for me-I can't look at anything, not even my account. Is anyone else having problems, or is it just me? None of the other TV channels are affected by the way, so I'm not going to alter the settings, I just wondered if they have changed their settings due to some reason I'm unaware of?

Right-others are having probs with the site, but I seem to be the only one having the problem with my TV which suggests it's the settings on my TV Oh well- I'm not going to lose any sleep over it, although I was a little interested in watching the Fuji TSV (no intention of buying-perfectly happy with my 5 year old Fuji!)

Do you mean the graphics now appear shifted to the right?

This is because Q modified their graphic layout yesterday. It is now optimised for 16:9 viewing. If you have a 4:3 TV ensure the settings on your digibox/sky box feature words to the effect of '4:3 Letterbox or 4:3L. For a 16:9 TV, again it depends, make sure your digi/sky box is set to 16:9 and your TV is set to the same. Use the website stream as a guide.

I wanted to buy a bottle of Ojon Revitalising Mist (original formula) with free P&P and 5% cash back from Quidco but the stupid website is broken. I know I can call and order but I won't get the cash back. Mind you, the last time I ordered from the website via quidco it didn't track and I didn't get my cash back.
 
Slightly off topic:

If and when I order from QVC, I always go via Quidco. Everything I've bought has been tracked, but I'm still waiting for cashback from September. Quidco are obviously doing their best to get hold of my cash because I keep getting notifications from them apologising for the delay. I assume that QVC are too busy tweeting nonsense etc. etc., to bother to acknowledge the purchases that have been made.

And back on topic: :wink:

I've had no trouble with the website or the graphics on my television. It'd probably be better for my bank balance if I had.
 
I've just read this thread and the other one about changing settings but I'm afraid all this 16:9 etc etc means nothing to me. All I know is I have a 32" LCD tv and all the graphics are too the left so I can't see the information on screen. I watch via Virginmedia cable. What do I do? In plain English, please :)
 
Thanks everyone for the advice re the graphics. I have no idea what it all means, lol, and my tech support guy is currently at a friends but I will ask him to have a look at this when he gets back!

I don't know about V cable but with Sky I have to go to system setup and then picture settings to change from 4:3 to 16:9. The graphics then come back where I can see them on the left of the screen but the people look odd, so I change it back again. Good job I don't watch QVC much.

I have a Humax PVR downstairs and Goodmans Freeview box upstairs, I cannot see the product details anymore on either TV. I can overcome this by zooming out with the remotes but then the writing is so small all I can read is the price. This should save me a fortune, can't see the details, can't buy!!

QVC doesn't work for me on Internet Explorer any more. Some kind person on here pointed me in the direction of Firefox. I downloaded it and now use it for all browsing. I now have full access to QVC and its much much faster than Internet Explorer.
