Quick question re: 30 day MBG

Sorry my mind has gone blank and I'll get an answer more quickly here than surfing through the nonsense on QVC's website...

When returning an item under 30 day MBG should I get my outbound P&P refunded also? It's been an age since I've returned under it....

I think if an item is returned within 14 days, unused, the full price plus initial P&P costs are refunded. The return postage is not refunded.

Used items will be refunded, minus initial P&P costs, if returned within the 30 day MBG period.

If an item is faulty, QVC will either send a returns label or subject to weight, pick it up. Faulty items are normally fully refunded including P&P costs.

You have to apply though for the P & P costs if returned within 14 days, it doesn't happen automatically - much to my cost !! Most stuff I've returned within 7 days let alone 14, and it was years before I realised I could claim the postage back.
