I see Paul is on QVC selling his slimming aid.....

And he's doing a programme about how to get slim on Living.

I know which one I'll be watching.

BTW it does work. I lost almost a stone earlier in the year and most of its stayed off.

Do you Know when the Living series starts CG ??? I have trained with Paul and use the TV shows as revision ( I know that sounds odd but it works )
