Following on from this, I am even less convinced about the order in which things happen as I have just had an e-mail saying my order has been despatched, it is Saturday night well Sunday morning really as it came through after midnight, they don't despatch at weekends do they? Is this new? Anyone else ever had a despatch e-mail over the weekend?

The DPD tracking link doesn't work and when I logged into my CR account it says "ready to pack" yet CS told me earlier today that it was packed and ready to be despatched on Monday, yet in first e-mail they told me it was to be picked on Monday too but by the next e-mail they said it was packed.

Confused??? Yes I am and think they are too!!!

Even more confused now as the order arrived today so it must have been despatched over the weekend if what CS told me on Saturday was true that it had not been despatched on Friday. Since when did they despatched over the weekends and why did CS tell me it would be despatched Monday, do they not know they despatched on weekends now? Oh and why does my account still say "ready to pack".
