I think it was because he looks quite frail and was shaking. He's always been like that as far as I know. She probably hasn't seen him before and became concerned.

I just saw that he was noticeably thinner and so gaunt. The tremor was also more pronounced, I hope I’m wrong.

I remember John way back in the 1980s, he did a show about beauty on the BBC. He was very thin, wore very bright floral shirts. Hopefully the tremors and not due to a serious health problem.
