Hi I hope you had more luck than me i phoned local number and got told the only number i could use for customer services was 08431 680680 at 5p per minute :call:

Last time I rang CS ending up costing ovder a quid - I was on over 20 mins. Absolutely ridiculous to have an 084 or 0871 number.
