I bought a fair amount from Rocks before the revamp and on the few occasions I had cause for complaint they were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction.
Unfortunately this time it's not the case, I purchased a few items & requested they be sent to my work address but they were sent to my home address, fortunately my neighbour was in to accept the delivery. Then I received a phone call to apologise because my card had been charged twice in error & the call was to assure me this would be rectified. However, instead of them refunding the amount they charged me again! So I emailed explaining the problem, Jainey phoned me and said the refund would be made and I would be sent a gift to apologise for the error. I've now received the refund but no gift.
I also asked for the cards to be re-issued without my name on them, a new set arrived exactly the same! I emailed again and have been advised a new set will be sent out - still waiting for them.
I've also emailed them with regard to a strung rose quartz necklace which has broken asking if there was anything they could suggest but again no response.
I most certainly won't be placing any further orders until these issues have been resolved - the love affair is definitely over.
