No mention of EP on my confirmation

Just had to place my order on the new website
for the 1st time
but there was no mention of EP on the confirmation of my order
Is this usual?
 
By reading threads on here I think they said if you place your order by the express checkout or( whatever they call the quick way)you dont get easy pay for some reason ring them up and give them some ear ache...
 
If you ordered on the website using speed buy, there is a good chance you won't get EP. This happened to me and I phoned them. Apparently you have to use the other option to buy - not speed buy.
 
You need to go through full checkout and not express in order to get Easy Pay as you have to select it during full checkout.
 
Thanks folks, went and cancelled it and then went through a very long process to buy it again
and the same happened again but then I realised it hasnt been on air so its not
on EP, phoned to check and sure enough its not on EP
It was the Decleor OTO so obviously its not going to be aired now.
 
I used speed pay and it was rejected for cashback through Quidco. It's my own fault I didn't get EP on the TSV as I ordered before midnight and went to bed! Needless to say, I won't be using speed pay again. I can't be bothered to ring up.
 
I wonder why your cashback was rejected SP?
No wonder folk want to use speed buy
the other way seemed to be a bit long winded
Dont like the new website at all
