the next Home Day TSV is on the 25/03/21
I don’t like multi cookers, for some reason they tend to hold the smell of what you’ve cooked, no matter how many times you clean it. Yuk
I agree - love my Ninja. The only thing to be aware of is that Ninja's customer service is bad. Mine broke just over a year after I got it so was out of warranty and they've refused to send a replacement or repair it.I got the same Ninja elsewhere a few months ago and it's fab, got rid of loads of other pots and devices and it's really a thing of the future I feel.
Maybe Debbie Flint will get a sample of this one to add to her other 2. Then she will have spares when they break down. She can always store it in her neighbours flat.I agree - love my Ninja. That would be the silicone sealer ring. Or at least it is on mine. All the other parts can be washed and don't hold any smells.
I must say that despite it holding a whiff it's never crossed over into different foods I've cooked in it. I did start soaking the ring in a 10% bleach solution when I first had it. That got rid of all smells. I gave that up when I forgot once and had to use it in a hurry - that's when I realised it didn't affect other foods.
