I use Circulon frying pans and have used a set of Stellar stainless steel pans for well over 20 years now. There is no non-stick coating on to go wrong. The best value for money was my Stellar pan with 2 extra steamers so I cook all my vegetables on one hob. Brilliant, all of them.

Harts of Stur for value for kitchenware, particularly if they have a sale which they are having at the moment. I bought a Kitchenaid stand mixer from them which was the cheapest anywhere, except for the one I bought a few years ago as a TSV for £279 from Q, which arrived with an instruction booklet in Dutch only (extremely useful - not), which makes me think mine and others like it had been sent for repair, then refurbished by the factory who had omitted to check that the tell-tale instruction booklet was in all languages. It's never been at that price since, (anywhere) but mine works perfectly, so what's not to like? Except that it wasn't advertised as "refurbished".
