Hi there!

I'm a new member who joined this afternoon! I'm female and 25 years of age. Been a QVC customer, along with my parents, for a few years, and I enjoy watching many of the shows presented by my preferred presenters, such as Dale and Anthony. Dont like Claire and Julia, Alison sometimes gets on my nerves, and I'm not keen on Jill! I'm hoping to buy the now infamous Silver Statement ring at 12midnight, if the presenters haven't taken them all. lol I watch Ideal World as well, but since having major problems with getting a refund from them a good few weeks ago, which resulted in me having to deal with a solicitor, I wont be shopping with them ever again, but I still enjoy watching some of their silly shows, such as every single Moira C offering as most of her stuff are downright bizarre and rubbish! :tongue2:

I'm sure I will enjoy posting in here as I've been lurking for a little while just to get a feel of the place and it's funny to see others typing what I've thought and am currently thinking on QVC!

Are any of you ladies thinking of purchasing the Silver Statements TSV later? Never bought a ring from QVC before, and not 100% sure of my size (between K and L), so I will order it in the two sizes and send one back as I think if I leave it and chance one size or another, it'll be sold out which would be a shame as I' really taken with it having first seen it on Jill when she was presenting the Kipling TSV the other day!

Alison is alright, she just gets on my nerves when she starts screeching and throwing her weight around. Julia is alright in small doses, but she's thinks she's Queen Bee, and I'm not keen on someone like that! Love it when she presents Butler & Wilson, though, as you can cut the atmosphere with a knife between her and Simon! :grin:

My favourite presenters are Dale, Anthony, and Charlie. I also like hearing Malcolm's Lock and Lock tales, and how his son was able to open a box with one hand from a young age! lol

The only one who really grates on me is Claire - cant stand her obviously fake, baby-ish, patronising voice and the way everything is wonderful - even if it's a bloody basic Lulu Guinness purse for something like £160! I find Catherine the same when on with Lulu, and it makes me mad as I find most of the products really quite basic and cheap looking considering they're very expensive.
