According to the blurb on QVC website the perfume is Edt not Edp and is 60ml.
Thanks Sazza.

Thinking back the one on display was definitely bigger (and heavier) than the 60ml size I have, so hopefully the blurb is wrong. There never seems much difference in strength between the EdP and the EdT Graces so I'm less bothered about that. Let's hope the error is in our favour for a change! If we all expect smaller and weaker, we might get a pleasant surprise!

I wish I'd taken lots of photos at the Beauty Bash, although anyone relying on sizes seen at the BB but complaining they received a smaller size would just get the standard "send it back" response from Q!

Until it is shown on air who knows whether blurb is right or even if bottle shown at BB is right.............this is QVC after all!!! :mysmilie_11:

It's now on 3 easy pays so I've ordered it, whether the edt / edp is 60ml or 120 it's a good buy for us, it'll all get used. Postage steep at £6 but not unexpected. That's good cos now I won't have to watch much of QVC this weekend!

so tempted as want the purity for my stock & the pure grace shower gel ect would be nice as id like to try that in the bath ect so wouldnt be wasted but wouldnt use the mask or the EDT (120ml) it now says but can sell them easy & the postage for just the purity is £4.95 so £5.95 for an extra big bottle of shower gel & the other 2 items is rather good

Just had an email from Philosophy about that set for Beauty Weekend and it does include 120 ml of Pure Grace edt and the mask is 180ml - both huge! I'm v happy!

hehe even im seriously considering making an order for it but as i dont want the other two, how would i sell them? as the whole royal mail (nearly put male looool) thing gets me so confused

Ian you could offer them for sale on here in the Drop and I'd be happy to look up what sort of price the postage would be ( 2nd class basic postage would be about £2.80 for each item (probably the same postage if you were posting them to the same person) The only minor complication would be making sure you wrap the perfume bottle well enough and you have to tell the post office person that it's fragrance and that it's less than 150ml. They'll ask if it's in its original packaging - just say yes - they ask this to be sure it's properly wrapped and less likely to leak but if you wrap it in a box of some sort and bubble wrap it should be fine. The parcel prices go up depending on the size of the parcel but when I sell stuff on ebay (beauty stuff like this mainly) I mostly send "small parcels". If you wanted the person to sign for delivery you can pay a little extra (ask for "Signed for"). A small parcel signed for would be £3.90. Oh yes, the reason to tell the post office that it's perfume is so they can stick on a label warning that the contents are flammable.

Honestly it's less complicated than it sounds in this post but I'd be happy to talk you through it, you can always PM me. It's hard to tell before it's shown on air whether the perfume bottle will be boxed or just wrapped inside the packaging for the set.

Sorry - I'm not trying to talk you into spending money - you could have a look on ebay and see what sort of price sellers charge for the same sort of items. Don't price it too low just to get rid of it.

Happy to help if you need it :mysmilie_59:

Hermes do competitive prices small parcel £2.78 if I’m not mistaken. I’d chose Hermes so I could see the progress of the tracking and the other person can have it too, you need to enter their email address I think so they get the link from Hermes.

Is the cleanser that good?

If it's the purity made simple I tried it a few years ago and was very underwhelmed . a bit "meh". Did not know if it was a cream cleanser or a wash so did badly at both. I think it's personal preference though as I prefer a balm cleanser or hot cloth cream like Liz Earle plus a wash off one in the shower like Emma Hardie foam, L'Occitane precious foam or Decleor AromaCleanse.

The Philosophy rep at the BB mentioned that you can use Purity cleanser to wash your hair if you run out of shampoo, or if you have an irritated scalp. I've used it to wash my whole body in the shower if I feel headachey and can't face anything fragranced (not even ABC teatree wash). I use it every morning or if I need a double cleanse to shift really heavy eye make up it's good for lifting away that mix of mascara and and oily cleanser that sometimes just move around your skin without lifting off cleanly, it saves having to rub. It works well with a Clairisonic or similar brush. I'm not surprised it lasts you over a year Ian, even with three of us using it ours lasts well over 6 months.

If you want to use it to remove make up I apply it as a you would a cream or lotion cleanser with dry hands on a dry face and then add water (in the shower) or use a wet muslin cloth to remove. I know everyone is different but it doesn't make me teary if it gets in my eyes. Brilliant buy for me this set!

hehe yeah for me its very ecnicomical (SP) & at the size & price of it i cant beat its value but this set with the pure grace is a super bargain that i couldnt refuse

We're leading each other astray hun! My stock excuse to myself is that I'll give away any items in a set that I won't use, as Xmas or birthday presents but through the year I end up with more potential presents than I have friends or relatives!
