Nail trends seem to go full circle like fashion! I remember something similar too and think it was by Special FX who used to do the nail foils, wasn't the crackling effect around back then too?

Watching this also reminded me of the lip colours that looked green or yellow but turned a certain shade of pink/red according to warmth of the lips.
