Need to Replace Stones

Hi can anyone advise me where to go to get my stones replaced. I lost a garnet from one ring ( gems tv) and also a small blue diamond from a cluster ring from ideal world, has anyone else had stones replaced.

Hi Sue i recommend Outwork in the Birmingham jewellery quarter, if i ever have any problems i email them and they always reply quickly and they work with gemstv so nearly always carry replacement stones, but they are happy to work with jewellery bought from anywhere.

Outwork did a great job on my blue diamond cluster stone replacement a while back - the ring was from eBay, cost me about £20 for the work (one 1.5mm blue diamond).
