I am finding QVC so slow refunding these days. I have returned 3 items in the last few months, and each one has taken weeks to refund. I sent another back on 12th December, first class post, still no sign of it being received or refunded. I wish they would let you know they have received the item back like Gemporia when it is scanned into their system.
 
I must be one of the lucky ones then, as QVC picked up Rock suitcases from me via Evri on 11/12/24 and my refund was in my bank account by 17/12/24. The same for a couple of other returns in November which I dropped off at Evri drop off shops as they were small items.
 
I don't return that much but I can't say I've waited more than a few days for a refund. I suppose it depends how many they have to deal with at one time.

My tracking is still frozen at 23/12 but just had an email from Q to say they've received item and are processing the refund. So much for Evri retuirns tracking!

Well after returning my item on the 12th December, and no sign of it being received, I emailed yesterday and lo and behold today it is saying returned. The strange thing is that I have emailed the last 3 times this has happened, and each time the item has stated returned the very next day. Hmmmm....
 
I can’t remember the last time that I returned anything to QVC. It must be at least three years ago.
 
I purchased the HP Chromebook TSV. Unfortunately it wouldnt charge up. Rang QVC last Thursday who arranged for DPD to collect on Friday. Received notification this morning that the full amount I paid including p&p had been refunded. Pleasantly surprised to get refund so quickly.

Downside was they couldn’t replace it as no stock left. To buy same elsewhere would cost me around £150 more😢
 
I returned something on Friday via the local post office ,paying for signed delivery, which I was told was guaranteed by Monday however it was signed for on Saturday and the refund including p&p was in my account this morning. I know it was more expensive to get it signed for but it relieves the ‘have they got it or not?’ stress.
