For anybody interested, in a thread the other day I had mentioned that the facility to add an item on gems website to 'MY GEMS' (to keep an eye on it) had vanished. I had to ring cust services about sumthing else tonight and mentioned this, she spoke to her manager who says they have a fault which they are trying to rectify and hope to have the facility back soon, they have not removed the facility intentionally.
