My Craft Studio opacity not working

Hi I have a few my craft studio cds and bought the Magical Mystical Metallics cd and after it was loaded the opacity feature does not work and when I print a tile background I have made myself the background prints out black instead of white I rang my craft studio direct and they said they would get back to me no reply I have emailed 2 times and still no reply has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to fix it Thanks

Mine works fine. I thought when you added a new version it only added the bits that were new. This would mean it overwritten the opacity feature with an error.

The only thing I can think of is try re-installing one of the older MCS discs and see if it will over write the error.

Perhaps they haven't got back to you yet because they are trying to figure it out. You may have to uninstall them and start again but leave the new one out and get it replaced.
