I had a blackened toe nail caused by shoes that were too short. It took a long time to go away. The shoes were trainers, Adidas.

I need to have a proper cull of the remainder of my footwear... my feet don't look broad, far from it, but they ARE!
There are more brands I can't wear than brands I can.
I have some trainers which led to Onycolysis. My nails are very prone to this anyway on fingers as well as toes. Initially I thought it was a fungal nail infection, but it was actually my nails parting from the nail bed due to the pressure caused by the shoes being too tight around the toes.
Sorry for tmi! My feet are hard to keep comfortable.
