I see from the Daily Mail article that Nivea is one of the brands under pressure to take action. Some time ago I was suffering from terribly itchy eyelids to the extent that I would rub them until they were purple! After reading the original article in this thread I checked the Nivea Q10 eye roller ball that I had been using & found it contained MI. I stopped using it & the itching stopped immediately. It's found in so many products & if you are susceptible to it can cause many problems.
I now scan the small print of everything that comes into contact with my skin, not easy with my failing eyesight!

me too!! didn't realise what had caused the reaction at the time (usually fine with any Elemis products) until finding out about this from the Mail.

This ingredient has never bothered me, and I have mild roseaca.

Its just very unfortunate if it does as it is in so many beauty brands.
