Having read Sazza's link, it seems that your Tanzy has not been cut properly, in order to get the largest stone at the expense of its quality.
So if you are not happy, you can quote from this article to justify that it is faulty, for a FULL refund inc all PP.
When you are wearing it, it may look pink (if you are "white") instead of blue, which would not be a good look. If you have dark skin, perhaps it would look OK, but it would still not be as reflective as it should be if it had a proper cut.
PS I stopped buying any gold rings from Q years ago as they were hollowed out so much. The gold was wafer thin, and dented very easily.
