Brown is the enemy of beauty, it robs most people of their vitality. You don't have to wallop on psychedelia but let there be life and beauty in the faces of all ladies, especially their lovely eyes.

Ha! My eyes are not lovely, they're horrible in fact, so I guess that means I'm exempt from the rule then? Mwahahahaha!

I will probably go to hell for this.

For something beautiful, special, expensive, not nearly as expensive as over here and just for gawping at www.forzieri.com. I found this site from a post here years ago.

KWC you were deemed a Babe once and that is a title for life.

Only if you were looking at the Hello Kitty stuff.......? lol

You want one of everything?

Oh alright then, no more brown, OK? Promise........to at least consider it! lol

No I can say don't want one of everything, I'm a funny little bat about stuff for myself. Found it great when I had any funding for something special for someone special and the service was fantastic.

I am FARTing, am also FARTing over the Wanda too. Thought it was on 3 Easy Pays which would have been easier to justify, but it's only on 2. As much as I love it I am going to be good. For once in my life.

I have to say that I think her prices are extortionate for what are essentially plastic bags! :thinking2:

I could have sworn in the TSV presentation Lulu said 12-14 year olds would love it!!! No way would I spend that amount on a bag for a teenager!!!!

Why are these plastic bags so bloomin' expensive on QVC? Considering what they're made of, they are in fact proportionately more expensive than the leather bags on LG's website.........how does that work then? :thinking2:

QVC do this a lot though, with their 'made especially for QVC' items - people aren't really getting 'designer' stuff at all, just cheaper 'copies' in a way.......except of course legitimately made by the original designer/manufacturer? :taphead:

I :heart::heart: designer handbags, and have too many  but Lulu Guinness designs always leaves me cold, especially in person. Their quality isn't all that and to be honest, even with the MBG , the TSV price couldn't tempt me, particularly as it's made of faux leather.

Also, why do they use Catherine all the time for her? Yes, she loves it but the gushing is so off-putting :headbang:

I really like Lulu, but my goodness no!

Well, I have two 13 year old daughters and the way they go through bags, it's TKMaxx and Tesco for them until further notice!!! :cheeky:

I heard that too. Certainly wouldn't buy it for a teenager either, that's crazy :wonder2:

Well, I would just like to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to nearly everyone on this thread. Tonight you have saved me £200 (and the odds) as I had my heart set on an Aubergine Wanda, but £200 for a plastic bag - no thank you! You all managed to talk some sense into me, meaning that when I went on Qcut I couldn't press the button to complete my order.

I am FARTing loud and proud tonight!

I quite like the vintage look of the patent leather Lucille bag but I'm naturally careles & wouldn't dream of spending 350 quid on patent leather, it'd be scratched to blazes before the end of day one! lol

If you honestly think it would make your life complete, you should get it but........

It is plastic, is made 'especially for QVC' (would you feel 'cheated' by this?) & is apparently like a black hole on the inside, no compartments, no nothing, just a big empty space!

I do think it's overpriced for what it is but if you want something, you want it! Just read the lowest rated reviews first & see what others thought - I know it's hard to FART sometimes, it really is!

I am not buying it, I adore the colour, but not enough to spend £200 on a plastic bag. That's £200 I can save for my holiday next year, that £200 would get me damn near halfway to Dubai for goodness sake! When I actually sit and think about it that way I know I would much rather spend it that way than on a handbag, plus I can buy plenty of handbags when I am there (Tax free LG in Dubai Aiport if I really need an LG fix), or it's £200 I can put towards my QuicKutz silhouette machine, which I would get much more use out of and probably more enjoyment out of.

I just can't justify it to myself. Twice I called QCut to order it and twice I hung up without completing my order. I was wanting to order the Dawn Bibby cupcakes kit tonight, but clearly I am not meant to get anything as the website appears to be screwed and won't let me order anything. Maybe they found out I have a FARTer fitted...

Not sure what one of those is but sounds like 'serious crafter' stuff & as such, as you say, you'll probably get more use out of it than a plastic bag!
(More kudos too, bet all your friends haven't got one of those! lol)

I can’t explain why, but every time I see Lulu Guinness, I think Kelly Osbourne.:thinking2:

I have to admit I do like LG’s Pollyanna bag, just like the understated quaintness of the bag. But I cannot justify the price tag for pvc, have always had an aversion to pvc bags, as they look too plasticy imo.:puke:

Vampyre there’s nowt wrong with animation dvd’s, I may have a few myself.:giggle: I’m with you on the brown eyeliner/shadow, thought I was the only one.:cheeky: I prefer more bronze/metallic tones to brown. KWC you have beautiful eyes, you should try a more coppery bronze colour, or maybe even dark green eye liner/shadow.:sun:

Well I didn't order the TSV or any of Lulus bags last night as a lot of you said £200+ on PLASTIC???

I can go and get a leather bag for less than this or go to my favourite Irish designer and get an oil cloth bag pre-owned for £50 or one from their sale.

Whoever spends that on the Plastic bags Lulu does is upto them but for me I wouldn't pay it.

I couldn't believe it when Lulu said buy it for you teenagers, I am in my early twenties and although I am careful with my bags I don't think I could bring myself to use a bag that cost me most of my pay packet (or at the moment as I am unemployed due to the economy my SAVINGS!!!)

I think I will look for a bag I can use for the Party Season instead of this PLASTIC!!

I watched the handbag emporium hour and couldn't believe it when they had Kathy Van Zeeland bag on 4 easy pays, Kipling bags on 3 and 2 easy pays, yet the TSV isn't!!

So I am a Farter as well, if somebody could tell me what it stands for.
