I buy my genuine gemstones off eBay and not to blow my own trumpet but when I make my jewellery it looks just as good as Lola Rose and cost a fraction of the price.

Can you do the Chinese knot Sparkles26. I've tried but it always looks iffy when I do it. I make stretchy bracelets with semi precious stones and they're cute.

Must admit I still like my Lola Rose though. Got a Merri bracelet in Peach Moonstone from my cats for my birthday at the weekend.

I have the Montana too. And the Zircon agate. I love the mix of different shaped stones too and I'm really fond of the multi tonal stones. QVC don't do all the shades in the Merri but they do a matching necklace that I cannot remember the name of. I only have that in the Montana.

a neacklace in the merri sounds lovely. i must admit to liking the chinese knot bracelets as some of the elastic ones come up really large on me and spin around..

I struggle getting chinese knotts on and off as I am right handed and wear bracelets on my right wrist. I just returned my entice bracelet because of this. It was gonna wear out if I kept having to use my teeth to slide it on and off.

Ooo now I'm right handed and wear them on my right wrist and don't have to use my teeth. I don't open the bracelet right out though. I leave one side longer and the other pulled right out then you can hold the longer end in the palm of your right hand. Or at least catch it with your ring finger.

I do have one Chinese knot bracelet that's a bugger though. The knot is tight and the cord is very fine.

I'm into my Pura Vida bracelets at the mo. no gemstones, just waxed cord an beads or gold plated sections. Cheap and cheerful but very colourful and boho . And the money supports south American craftsmen

Boffy don't go on the Lola Rose website!! The Merri and the Buffy are in the sale. A couple of the colours in the Merri are £11.50 and the Buffy necklaces in the sale are either £20 or £28. But the Montana isn't in the sale in either piece.

The Buffy was a OTO a while back, I bought it in the Montana. I just bought loads in the sale, I have enough bracelets and necklaces to outfit a Mardi Gras parade now.
