I hope I don't offend anyone here but I always think that Alexis talks like she could be deaf.
I can't warm to her and get soooooooo irritated when they bang on about the "guest cloakroom/bathroom".......and those little soaps don't last 5 mins......and the hand cream is really greasy, I like some of the stuff though. My fave perfume ever is their Eau D'iparie, spicy with a lovely patchouli base.:flower:

I'll give you a tip. Waitrose own Chamomile and Vanilla handwash smells exactly like the Milk fragrance from L'Occitane, it's gorgeous and about a tenth of the price,:up2:

I think this has been mentioned before. I think she speaks a bit like a female politician (Emma Nicholson?) who is deaf.
