Have you a VPN on whatever device you are using????
If so pause it until you are on the site.

Hands-down, Boots have one of the slowest and most frustrating websites out there! They make QVC's website look good. I can think of no worse insult.
I'm always shocked when I succeed in placing an order on Boots' website.
I'm amazed that after so many changes in ownership they still haven't addressed the shortcomings of the website.
But as a gift with purchase, these sizes are great, aren't they?

Last Christmas (2023) I was trying to place an order but it kept logging me out and the items that had been in my basket were gone when I logged back in. I tried with the app, my lap top and ipad. I eventually managed to log in properly and there were almost a hundred of some items in my basket. I it appeared that I would have to remove them one by one! I phoned to complain and asked for the basket to be reset, the person I spoke to was very unhelpful and said he would pass on my complaint, but the ordering process is just as bad now. I have items in my basket from yesterday, but I can't log back in as apparently my account is locked even though I know my password!

Boots is not a user friendly website but it’s absolutely perfect compared to Shay & Blue IMO. How anyone manages to actually place an order with them is a complete mystery to me because I have tried and failed several times. I just don’t bother now, life is just too short to waste my time with them.
