As long as your nose picks up the same sorts of things as mine, you should find it helps. (There’s always that risk with “recommendations” because of the way we each react to smells.) I should add that the diffuser is quite near where I walk through the room (ie not on a shelf on a far wall) and the room is fairly small. But anyway, if you go for it some time, be interesting to hear how you find it, even if you come on here to shout at me!

When I feel fit enough it will be my first stop. No I would never shout at you even if I hated it I find you very informative and interesting.

Sorry if you have been unwell Spring is round the corner and hopefully by then you will be able to get out and about more. I hate this cold weather and have to force myself to go out when I just want to stay in and hibernate, but I see the temperature is creeping up this coming week and I already feel happier at the prospect.

Hi thank you for thank it lifted my spirits. I'm unwell most of the time so when I have good days I go for it. Which of course makes me for exhausted the next few days but hey ho you have to do what you have to even if there is a price to pay. I too hate the cold but now I also can't take the heat so I look forward to spring and Autumn. Life is a funny old thing! I will let you know about the feed diffuser.
