Let's talk tea

At home one bag will do two mugs for me.

What I do is to hold the bag flat in the palm of my hand and shake to even out the level, then I fold the bag in half and place over the lip of the mug. Then carefully I pour the water over the half of the bag that's inside the cup. The bag is then placed on the edge of a saucer, damp side towards the centre. Later I use the dry unused half to make the next mug.
Wow, if not a joke.

I like it STRONG. One bag is enough if strong enough, the cheap weaker economy bags are no good for me!

Nope, no joke.

Because you need to be careful when pouring the water the flow is quite slow and so it's not like gnats.
The good news is tea is good for you. Anti-oxidants good for cell health, fight cancer, anti-inflammatory, good for the immune system, etc.

Never heard of that before, but I like strong tea, 1 teabag in a mug, well stirred during a 4 to 5 minute brew.

But I only have 1 mug a day, then coffee for lunch and dinner.

Probably not something anyone else has thought of tbh.
