Remember my faulty bracelet? The one outwork sent back with the stone still missing? Well, I was to return it to CS for checking (that all the claws were secure) before they sent it back to Outwork.

I did.

They've returned it to me saying it's out of warranty.

I am picking up the 'phone as I type!!!!!!

As I said, I 'phoned immediately & now have another number with which to return it. My postage will be refunded, but it's still hassle to wrap it up & take it to the Post Office - again!

As I understand it, someone hadn't looked at the history. Wonder how they thought I had a kosher returns number?
