Laura Geller: Train Case OTO or Over-Priced?

I'm in Florida at the mo, and bought a pack of 5 LG eye pencils (INK something or other). Paid $25. The same item but with only FOUR pencils is $29.95 plus p&p on QVC US, so that's a rip off in itself. Then I see the same pack of 4 on QVC UK for £25 plus p&p. i thought on-line selling could be competitive because they "cut out the middleman", ie shop premises. Huh.
