Good grief, is it too much to expect a guest to be able to pronounce the name of the product she's demonstrating? I'm referring to the woman on at 4pm today and how she said "La Chasse aux Papillons". It is unprofessional to make such a complete balls-up of the name which is not at all difficult to pronounce anyway. She wasn't even close.

she was probably brought in from an agency at the last minute and introduced to the range 5 mins before going on air. She can usually be seen doing demos of new Duz washing powder in the Chipping Sadbury branch of Lidl.
