Is there only one design of lantern for the TSV? Do they only do the top with a bird?

I come from a culture where birds are thought unlucky as decoration... so, sadly, that's me out.

Hmmmmmm..... this looks heavy, and the sort of thing you would see in a gift shop on the coast ! Another one that Gill Gaunt has all over her house no doubt ! No thanks, there are only so many 'lanterns', Tiffany lights, ornamental Buddahs and Peony flowers that can take up room on the shelves !!!!

I agree they look lovely, but am I the only one who forgets to set the timer at 6.00pm and only remembers at 8.30 ???? and then faffing about looking for new batteries. I do have a few of these lamps/lantern type things and most of the time they just 'sit' there waiting for me to 'remember' !!!!!!

As the batteries die at different times, one always comes on and reminds me to go and set the timer for the one that needs starting. I would probably not both with the ones with the remote as I might not bother to turn it on. The best are the ones with the option of 4 and 6 hours so that summer and winter are covered

Yet another lantern that isn't on 'Buy More, Save More'.
Why not? They had that ****** stupid loo brush on offer with it last week!! I wouldn't have minded a couple of these, but there is no way on this earth I'm paying £12.00 postage. For that I'd expect them here by 9am tomorrow morning. I'd be lucky to have them here by July with Q.

i dont like the fact that the postage cost is a quater of the price of the candle.

I don't like the flickering flameless candles. I actually prefer either static or with a slow fade in and out. I'm the same with lights on the chrismtas tree - far too distracting for me. If I want the "disco dave" effect, I'll go to a nightclub. It's a shame because if they did have a non-flickering candle, I quite like some of the items they've had on today.

I think the morphing or different colours tend to cheapen it. The only flameless candles in my house are the Luminara, expensive but look the part and are worth it.

I really only like white or off-white lights (despite a myriad of different-coloured yankee candles) - and a slow gentle dimming and brightening of the light is sometimes (not always) quite relaxing. I don't want it all the time, and usually would prefer a constant light.
