Kipling Fairfax???

Has anyone else noticed that they are not using the name Fairfax anymore?

This bag complete with Symi purse has been on air several times today but they are very carefully avoiding giving it a name.

I wonder if there is some litigation about using the name.

Why don't Kipling call the Fairfax by its name anymore?

When you search "fairfax" it does show and the blurb does call it Fairfax even if the title doesn't.
