Plus you could be doing a community service. Someone in her "circle" may read this, come out of their Queen Julia induced fugue and decide that you're right. That person could then tell others who might finally have their bubbles burst until it eventually reaches QJ herself who will suddenly question her beyond laughable behaviour.

I must admit I haven't read the previous 27 pages of this thread !
But its clear from the past few posts that she's getting on everybodies t..ts. My observations of her recently have tended to agree with most of the recent comments.
I see sadly that she has also gone down the route of the Joan Collins 'look' (except its her own hair), but what IS it with older ladies who start using black crayon on the bottom eye lid ??? Dopy Claire started doing these a few years ago, and all it does is make you look like a clown or a scary Chukkie doll.
I suppose its to make their eyes appear more prominent, but it just accentuates ageing eyes. I'm nearly 71 and when I tried it once years ago, I looked like some old lady of the night who needed a leopardskin coat to complete the look !! Nooooooo. I just use plenty of mascara and pale brown eye shadow - job done. AND you rarely see the make up artists on any of the shows draw a heavy black lower line on even the mature models, so why JR needs to age herself even more (her hair does that) is beyond me.

She has also mentioned that Cheryl Baker tweeted and called her the Queen of QVC. As if we care! I've also noticed how affected she seems to have become .... watch her hand movements and you may see what I mean. I used to like her presentations. Those days are long gone.

I know things to me sometime ago changed when the presenters appeared to boast a lot, like about being left products in their dressing rooms, attending cosmetic brands for facial treatments and events. Then it went on to personal holidays, events, building works and moving homes.
Recently, but I don’t know how long it’s been, but Julia can’t even say very much without talking about herself.
But I see it not in a good way like trying to help buyers make a decision regarding a purchase. It’s not that at all, so there’s really no real need for it from a QVC business point of view, that is. Claire has always been one of those annoying precious girly types, but once upon a time I used to enjoy Queen Julia's shows as she was one of the rare presenters who'd ask the questions I wanted answers to - and in a straightforward way.
Now, though, the me-me-me-LOOK-at-ME Queen Julia shows have nothing to do with presenting and are relying on her mere presence to sell. I wonder if it has affected her sales figures yet?
My OH's mother still loves her black eyeliner and mascara. It hasn't loved her for many years. I should make allowances for her age, but I won't as she's sharp enough to walk into my home uninvited and criticise everything about it and me!
When the whole family meets up for whatever occasion she slaps even more on. Due to her age and eyesight I suppose, it always appears wonky and clumpy. I'm always shocked that her two daughters (who obviously follow their mother) will criticise everything she wears or says but have NEVER mentioned the most obvious thing about her. Too be honest, apart from the makeup, she's always well-turned out (much better than her daughters) but to listen to them you'd think she turns up in in a bin bag!

Has JR changed or has the veil been lifted from our eyes? Most of us would have regarded her as the most professional presenter, least hard sell and best at giving details. What happened? IMO the iPads have a lot to do with it but surely not all. How can she have fallen so far off the wagon?
Regarding the hair/eyes Mr L said she looks like those granny ladies in rural Italy or Spain but to me she is looking more like the way gypsies were portrayed before PC days. No matter what it really isn’t a good look. Obviously she is starting to look her age in a big way and rather than going for an older softer look she has fallen into the trap of reverting back 20 years. It is a very hard look unfortunately.

I agree with Dream Girl's opinion that she was always like this but she's now giving her boastful self free rein. As with most things I think there are probably several reasons for being so affected & just as many for her out-dated looks. The Q's female sales assistants remind me of Year 9 girls, the time when the hormones really kick in, with their awful pecking order, cliques, & rampant peer pressure.

Hit the nail on the head there LATI. As we age we need to look softer around the gills, and dying hair shoe polish black is definitely not flattering. QVC are awash with ****** stylists/hair people and products, but clearly no-one dare to offer her a few pointers. Gypsy certainly sums up the hair, and with the heavy black eyeliner it accentuates the bags under her eyes making her look permanently tired.

I agree with Shopperholic...Julia has always been like this...just that her ego has got bigger the older she gets.
Her show today on the style show was just a waste of time. She constantly made references to her big boobs. Asking people to tweet what colour her bra was, to prove that the top wasn't see through, but no... don't tweet her what bra size she is..said in a flirty way. Flirting with her male fan group isn't going to help sales. Then a comment that she 'accidentally' tried the size 10 top on, which was a 32.5 inch bust and apparently we should just imagine what went on in her dressing room trying to get it on. Thankfully she didn't wear it for the show!! She must be getting encouragement to act like this from somewhere and loves all the attention she gets. She is so desperate for male attention, it is pathetic. Maybe it isn't about sales but viewers and she is just targeting all the old men to tune in to see her with her jet black hair and her saggy boobs out!!

I have always loved my long hair, my crowning glory, as people used to tell me. However, not so now, my hair is looking older so as much as I personally like long hair there comes a time when it is just not flattering, so it has been cut quite short, harder work, but it suits my years. I often look at JR who is up herself big time, and think this woman needs to do something with herself!

She is disgusting and so are QVC for allowing it. Fortunately I didn’t watch this. Why is it ok with QVC for her to make reference to her boobs, would they be equally accepting of male sales staff drawing our attention to their trouser bulge? There are at least 5 presenters who have outstayed their time. I don’t do Facebook or Twitter otherwise I would be pointing out this shabby situation with all the sickening showing off and adults pretending to be teenagers, although that does do a disservice to the majority of teens. Honestly, I have never seen anything like it, a collective of silly fools probably being paid much much more than people who really have something to offer.

I totally agree that if it isn’t acceptable in a male it isn’t acceptable in a female. JF’s attitude to young male floor staff wouldn’t be tolerated if it was Onion Bajii/mecharlie etc there would be an outcry.
Unfortunately I think the production and back room staff live in a sound bite/selfie/me me me world and just don’t have the common sense to nip this type of behaviour in the bud rather they encourage it anD in an effort to keep up with the sweet young things the middle aged women feel the need act like them thus making total tits of themselves.

I see on the TSV launch the awful Vonda is sporting that multi stripe maxi monstrosity JR was wearing the other day. Wonder if it’s a small!
I suspect Vonda has to wear XL to match her XL mouth that spouts XL nonsense.
