I can't imagine that RJ would permit himself to be called anything other than Richard.

So... a former floor manager, not even part of the production team any more. What carnage if everyone who pops in to visit is constantly referenced by a presenter in every single show they are fronting for a day! Jill should learn some manners, in my opinion.
