This is a true story .....

I have had Insomnia for over 20 years, last night I thought, let me go to bed, put James Russell on the telly and try to sleeo, well the HONEST truth is I fell was asleep within 10 minutes.

I did wake up at 3 but hey ho I have found a use for James Russell :mysmilie_698:

Well it was with a zolpidem as well but they never usually work and now idiot doctor is cutting me in half at every prescription
