The day they tried to cut to the guest selling Estee Lauder and couldn’t get her.
Boy was Jackie stuck for words and they tried and tried to get a feed.
No preparation Jackie was struggling like mad, in the end she just had to introduce a pre record of another item for the remainder of the hour.

I had a soft spot for Paul Lavers who never took it seriously, and Steve Whatley who was really good at explaining everything.

I like Jackie Kabler. She's got a bit of an edge to her, and I like the way she does't take any of it very seriously - as opposed to the sales machine that is Del Boy, for instance. She treats it all with a slight air of contempt, which is really the only way to treat some viscose vest in Sea Snot Grey which they're treating like some holic relic and attempting to sell for £80.

She’s always complaining onset that she’s cold, it’s because she’s got no flesh on her bones, following all the healthy eating and vitamins and supplements, she needs to get some actual food down her. Oh, and recently we found out she’s a qualified nutritionist, and she is a qualified personal trainer she personal trainer

Imagine if they asked her to design athleisure wear, the tops might be one shouldered She mentioned she wears the Muk Luks fleecy leggings under her trousers as she’s always cold. Bit of a conflict going on there.
