I didn't realise you could pay to be a member here and have access to other areas.Thats something I will look into - I enjoy being here and I did read a comment from Graham the other day about the forum has turned into something completley different to how he envisaged (something along those lines:) ) - I'm not sure what he meant - but I for one am glad he set it up,and it is what it is.

As for breast cancer care - IMHO,its not the "big" night it always was - I only caught the end of the event, but it seemed very lack-lustre?

As for the products - well I know it should be about donating and not ending up with an item, but I actually didn't want anything last night! Knowing that I didn't want anything made up for the fact that I never get through!

Last year I got the B&W teddy because they messed up the item no - but other than that I've never been successful.I would always want the B&W item normally - but I didn't even see it yesterday

I think the £6 - (min donation) one off charge is excellent value for this forum :up2:

I bought loads of stuff this year as I always do, some of them werent great bargains but then the money is going to a very worthwhile cause and I am getting something back for my donation.

The first year I saw BCC (before ST) I managed to get 3 items and I am sure the items were full price then but I bought as much as I could because it was for an excellent charity.

Maybe things werent selling last night due to the credit crunch or it could be that people werent interested in helping the BCC charity but just wanted to bag a bargain
