I think it's makeup and lighting that gives them a different appearance. It takes weeks for the swelling and bruising to disappear after cosmetic surgery. Unless it's fillers they've had which would have to be maintained every four or so months. I think that if we were to see some of the presenters in true daylight, they would look very different. Not necessarily worse, but 'worts and all' type of thing.
