Is anyone having site problems?

I've just come onto my iPad as my PC won't load the site this morning.

I keep getting messages about the site not responding.

This has gone on for the last 4 hours, every attempt results in the same message.

All my other websites are OK.

Is anyone else having problems?

I can't find any way to do this on Chrome. Have gone through every menu and can't find any option to do this.

I had no problem doing so in IE, but this has stopped working on my PC so had to switch to Chrome.
