The QVC website must be the most amateurish site I have to use.

This is frequently shown by the useless photos, such as for today's TSV.

The heading is "...white...fan heater...".

So what do they do? Photograph it against a white background, of course!

Most of the photos are completely useless, and the third one is virtually invisible.

I would have thought that even the schoolchildren running the site could have thought about photographing white objects against a dark background instead of white.

And their videos are rubbish quite often - that is if there is an actual video to watch.

...and they wonder why items that have no photo, video, reviews or adequate description lurk unsold in Last Clicks for 3 years with £2.56 reduction that's less than the postage!

I like QVCUK.com. Informative and easy to navigate. It is the only way I place an order so would, consequently, be lost without it. Very utilitarian.

Often I hope that the item is available on the US site as the UK version is really poor by comparison. They never show details of earring fastenings eg omega clip and the description is occasionally no help at all. Necklace fastenings are often not shown either. Photographs of dark clothing usually have insufficient detail for you to judge what the garment is like. Many items are on the website with no listing of colours/shades available even when customers have posted questions asking for info eg a recent 3 piece Mally set had no details about the colour of the 3 items even after it had been aired and there were several questions asked by customers. I rang Customer Services but they didn't know either and I relied on other customers answering the questions. I thought that the new website would have teething problems and improve but I am not impressed.

I think the website is rubbish. I find there are so many unavailable photographs and sometimes eg Lola Rose jewellery they don't allow you to view all the colour options. The white backgrounds are shocking making many items look ghostly or even worse invisible. Even reading customer reviews is not that great when compared to the way there are set out on the QVC app where they appear much easier on the eye. In fact I rarely go on the website these days, being lucky enough to have a tablet I tend to use the app.
