Identity Crisis

Hi all, I'm logged on to the bid website and looking at the tv listings for today.
I've just noticed they have got my name wrong. Every time I refresh the page my name changes.
In the last ten minutes I've been Dave, Claire, Julie, Andrew, Margaret and I'm currently Anne-marie and darren.
Anyone else having this weird problem?
Other pages seem ok.
