This top reminds me of an Ellis special, one fashion show.

She said we should wear (honestly she said this) a white pair of trousers, navy and white striped top and a red scarf. Loen has also said similar.

Have to laugh when they all go on about the 'nautical' look as being a classic choice, always makes me think of the Hyacinth Bucket episode when she goes 'sailing' wearing something very similar to Ellis' suggestion
