alison in qvc world is what dawn bibby was to craft.
rightly or wrongly people like alison.qvc beauty is highly competitive and has made millions of pounds worth of revenue and reached new customers that the stores alone could not have done
also with huge margins the companies can afford to give alison beauty gifts. i wish she was my friend think of all the goodies!

What counter would that be? I do not really understand this point.
I wouldn't think all employees of QVC get anniversary gifts I wouldn't have thought all presenters get anniversary presents either but that doesn't bother me at all.

.. Bottom line.. this has NOTHING to do with AY. Nothing to do with 16 years. All it is is another way to exploit QVC and another boardroom 'lightbulb idea' to encourage more viewers, especially the inquisitive ones "ooo I wonder whats going to happen on air" in the meantime they buy. A simple TV concept that TV shopping addicts fall for every time. :grin: One day they will run out of ideas and celebrate "JR changes her footwear day" .. ohh lets all celebrate and congratulate!
