How naive were you?

I was stupid to:

Think TSV was special and wouldn't be on 2 weeks later at much the same price

Think OTO and bargain hunter were not clearance items

Think 30Mbg was unconditional

Think 3-5 days delivery was an honest intention and the fact I didn't get them for weeks was unfortunate

Think wait list items would eventually arrive

Think that returns would not be sent back out without checks

Think the presenters were ok and just doing their job

Is it a case of rose tinted specs fallen from my eyes or am I just a grumpy old biddy?

Well for me, Wait list did arrive once but it took about six months. They did keep sending me letters asking if I wanted to cancel? It was a white gold Tanzanite ring and a ****** stone fell out about 3 months after I got it. They did give me a full refund.

I did believe the award winning customer service spiel until I actually had cause to use said customer service... My misapprehension was quickly remedied.

I was stupid enough to believe you could use all of a pot of cream or serum and send it back. I was also daft enough to believe that once a review went up it stayed there. Until I read this site.
