How can I read QVC comments on Facebook without - - - - - -

Help Support ShoppingTelly:

Hi if you just type QVC Uk into the fb search field then it will bring up their page and you can read it all without having to 'like' it. If you do 'like' it then the QVC posts will show among your friends posts, but not all the ones that everyone else writes. That's how I use it, but I admit to being a lurker there and have never commented on their page.

Hope that helps :)

Thanks, I did found the QVC UK page but there were no posts visible, just a LIKE button to join it, which I resisted.

I'll try again and see what happens.

Thats weird if they dont let you read it unless you 'like' it, but nothing would surprise me!!! Maybe I can see it if I search for it because I have liked it.

I tried again, found that I could read and post by clicking on WALL, but don't know yet whether I have "joined" and will now get posts on my ordinary FB.

Not quite sure if this is the issue, but you can remove stories from any person/page/group from your newsfeed. Go up to the right had top corner of the post, click on the arrow and click 'hide all'.

That way you can like pages & be friends with people, without having to see the updates :)

If you click on QVC UK's Wall and then click on "Everyone (most recent)" in the right corner then you will be able to see everyone's posts, including the official QVC UK ones. You don't need to "Like" to be able to read them

I'm still in the dark about Facebook. I just know I'd sometimes like to read stuff on it, but can't unless I join.

If you go to the QVC home page and scroll down to the bottom, you can click on Facebook, which takes you to the QVC page, then click on wall on the left had side and you can read the comments without actually signing up to Facebook. If you get a message saying LOG IN, just press Esc and the message will disappear.

That's what I do.
I'm not a member of Facebook but read the comments.
If you then add the Wall page to your favourites you can go straight to it without having to go via the QVC website.
