Well I’m a retired nurse, and I would definitely echo that….

A useless piece of equipment imo. Better to spend the money on a visit to a chiropractor who will give you information on suitable exercises to stretch your back and relieve some neck pain. Ideas for exercises are available free on the Web, as well. QVC certainly do sell some dud products.
